This 5.5 meters long tiny house plan was designed for 1-2 people looking for an affordable starter home, or a perfect getaway holiday batch.
The Nomad features a large, glazed curtain wall accompanied by a generous double-height space to flood the interior with all the light you need. A full-sized couch/tv area next to the huge window is perfect for all the views in this world. A kitchen large enough to fit a sink and cooktop is perfect to cook a romantic dinner for two which can be served in the dining/desk area right next to the kitchen. The bathroom next to the kitchen fits a 900x900mm shower and a generous vanity + slide-out composting toilet below to finish the ground floor. A sturdy ladder leads up to the sizable loft, featuring a large double bed with windows on either side, to ensure a beautiful view out on those lazy, rainy days.

Nomad.
On a footprint of only 5.5 x 2.4 meters, Nomad is a smartly optimized space for 2!
Lounge.
The first floor offers the lounge, kitchen and bathroom, while the second floor hosts the bedroom loft. The lounge fits a full-sized couch and feels spacious and airy because of the double-height space being placed right next to the beautiful feature window.
Bathroom.
Next to the lounge, the bathroom offers a luxurious vanity with space for a large mirror. Under the vanity, a compost toilet hides away that can be taken out when needed. A full-sized shower finishes off this clever, space-saving bathroom.
Kitchen.
In the kitchen, a 2-burner stovetop provides all the cooking space one might need to prepare a romantic dinner for two. A full-sized sink and tap makes it easy to wash-up. Under the countertop, you can find plenty of space for storage as well as a spot for a half-size fridge.
A desk/dinner table next to a generously sized window makes the perfect spot to dine.
Ladder.
A sturdy,space-saving ladder leads up to the loft space.
Bedroom Loft.
The bedroom loft features a queen bed with extra space for night-tables on either side. Under the mattress, you can find plenty of storage space for all your storage needs.

• 5.5m x 2.4m flat deck galvanised tiny house trailer (600mm high)
• 70x45mm framing timber for walls
• 90x45mm timber or steel for roof rafters
• 90x45mm steel for lofts/mezzanines
• 18mm plywood for subfloor/loft
• 6mm plywood for interior lining
• Flooring finish of choice (eg, laminate flooring/ carpet)
• Insulation of choice (eg, Pink batts, Green Stuff or Earth Wool)
• Metal/Timber cladding of choice
• Windows and Doors as specified in window schedule
• 18mm poplar core plywood or similar for lightweight kitchen cabinets, wardrobes, shelves
• Contact your local plumber and electrician for safe installation
