Terms of Service.

Disclaimer:

“Files/photos/plans or services provided by Tiny Easy Limited” shall be known as “product” in this agreement of the Terms of Service of Tiny Easy Limited.

1.0: Scope of work

1.1: For pre-made plans

The purchaser of the product is entitled to one copy of the product for the fee determined on the specific shop site of the product. Tiny Easy Limited is not required to offer further services when the purchaser purchases a pre-made plan.

1.2: Changes to pre-made plans

The fee determined for the changes to pre-made plans in negotiation with Tiny Easy Limited and the purchaser includes 2 rounds of revisions, provided that such revisions do not require work exceeding the Scope of Work as also defined in the negotiation with Tiny Easy Limited and the purchaser. Tiny Easy Limited may decline, or charge additionally for work that Tiny Easy Limited reasonably deems to be beyond the Scope of Work.

1.3: New custom plans 

The fee determined for the custom plans in negotiation with Tiny Easy Limited and the purchaser includes 2 rounds of revisions, provided that such revisions do not require work exceeding the Scope of Work as also defined in the negotiation with Tiny Easy Limited and the purchaser. Tiny Easy Limited may decline, or charge additionally for, work that Tiny Easy Limited reasonably deems to be beyond the Scope of Work.

2.0: Liability

The plans and services provided by Tiny Easy Limited are only design ideas and should never be interpreted as architectural plans. Tiny Easy Limited are only providing design ideas to the purchaser and take no responsibility or liability in any damages that could occur. Tiny Easy Limited takes no responsibility or liability for and physical harm or death due to negligence of the purchaser. All dimensions and size designations are given subject to verification by the purchaser of the product before construction to fit job conditions. 

3.0: Ownership and License

By purchasing any product you are acquiring a Single Person Use license for personal use only. Purchasing the product doesn't allow you to rent, lease, sub-license, distribute, lend, sell nor transfer the product to any 3rd party without prior written consent from Tiny Easy Limited. 

4.0: Commercial Use

If the purchaser wishes to use any product for commercial use, eg. tiny house builders, the purchaser needs to contact Tiny Easy Limited to discuss commercial use options.
